Description

The CustomObservation object holds Measurements associated with user defined unique measurement models. All estimators support the processing of custom observations. To run orbit determination using custom observations, two separate parts of the measurement model must be computed by the user:

 

•Both the pre- and post-update computed values

•The measurement partial derivatives (not required for the unscented kalman filter)

Clears previous saved states for this object.

GetFromFile

Load the object state from the specified FreeFlyer object file.

Sets the Pre-Update or Post-Update ComputedValue for the Custom Measurement with the specified label.

SetObjectBeingObserved

Set the given object as the Object Being Observed for this Observation.

SetObserver

Set the given object as the Observing Object for this Observation.

SetPartialDerivatives

Sets the Partial Derivatives matrix for the Custom Measurement with the specified label.

SetSigmaPointComputedValues

Sets the Pre-Update or Post-Update Sigma Point Computed Values of the Custom Measurement with the specified label. The Sigma Point Computed values are used for Unscented Kalman Filter processing.
