	Matrix partialDerivatives)

meausrementLabel
Description:	The name or label of the Custom Measurement.

partialDerivatives
Description:	A 1 x N matrix of the partial derivatives the Custom Measurement with respect to the filter state.
Required Size:	Min Rows = 1, Max Rows = 1

Type:

number

Returns the 1 if the Partial Derivatives matrix of the Custom Measurement was successfully set.
