Description

Create a UTDFFile object, read Observation data from the file provided, and associate the contained Observations with "observingGroundStation" and "observedTransponder".

Arguments

fileName
Description:	The name of the file associated with the UTDFFile data.

observingGroundStations
Description:	The GroundStation objects collecting the TDRS Observation data.

observedTransponder
Description:	The Transponder object attached to the Spacecraft being observed.
Allowed Types:	Transponder, TDRSTransponder
