DescriptionSets the Spacecraft's attitude reference frame to a custom CoordinateSystem object as specified by targetCoordinateSystem. This reinitializes the Spacecraft's attitude representation, which sets the Spacecraft's EulerSequence to the default value of {3,1,2}.
