Write out all GNSS Observations containing valid Measurements to a RinexObsFile.

RinexObsFile.WriteValidDataToFile(	String filename,
	List<GNSSObservation> gnssObservation)

filename
Description:	The filename to which the Observations will be written.

gnssObservation
Description:	The List of GNSS Observations to be written to file.

Type:

number

Returns 1 if data was written to a file, 0 if no valid observation data was found, or if the method fails to write to a file.
