Returns the Smoothed value of the specified Covariance matrix element.

This method has been Deprecated. Please use Covariance.SmoothedMatrix() instead, using indices to access elements of the matrix.

Description:	The row index of the Covariance matrix element.
Valid Range:	row ≥ 0

column
Description:	The column index of the Covariance matrix element.
Valid Range:	column ≥ 0

The Smoothed value of the specified Covariance matrix element.
