Description

Phase angle of the x-axis of the Body Coordinate System with respect to the projection of the x-axis of the MJ2000 Earth-Equatorial frame into the spin plane. If SpinPhase = 0, the initial x-axis of the Body Coordinate System will be coincident with the projection of the x-axis of the MJ2000 Earth-Equatorial frame into the spin plane.
