Description

This method simulates GroundStation data whenever the Spacecraft is in view of the observing GroundAntenna.

 

Timing Precision Mode

This page describes functionality in millisecond timing precision mode. Millisecond timing precision mode is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. We recommend that you migrate your Mission Plans to nanosecond timing precision mode.

Arguments

gsObservation


Description:

The Ground Station Observation to be populated with simulated data.

Allowed Types:

GroundStationObservation, DSNObservation

 

 

 

Return Value

Type:

number

 

 

Returns 1 if data was successfully simulated, 0 if no data was simulated due to a visibility restriction, such as an occulting body or sensor mask. When simulating multiple Pseudorange Observations, this method returns the number simulated.

 

Syntax

myVariable1 = mySpacecraft1.SimulateTrackingData(myGroundStationObservation1);
