Description

The Keplerian right ascension of the ascending node (RAAN). The angle, measured at the center of the central body, from the vernal equinox to the ascending node. The ascending node is the point where the satellite crosses the fundamental plane of the Mean of J2000 Earth-Equator coordinate frame going from south to north.
