Description
Returns the 2D probability of collision (Pc) between two objects. Each object must be propagated to the time of closest approach (TCA). The 2D method assumes a high relative velocity and linear relative motion. Note, FreeFlyer uses Foster's 1992 method, in Cartesian coordinates, to compute the Probability of Collision.
