DescriptionRepresents the Greenwich Hour Angle at the Spacecraft's current epoch. The Greenwich Hour Angle is the angle measured in the fundamental plane between the x-axis of the Mean of J2000 Earth-Equator coordinate frame at the spacecraft's current epoch and the meridian passing through the Greenwich observatory in England.
