Description

The mean right ascension of the ascending node in the Brouwer-Lyddane Mean Element set. The angle, measured at the center of the Earth, from the vernal equinox to the ascending node. The ascending node is the point where the satellite crosses the fundamental plane of the Mean of J2000 Earth-Equator coordinate frame going from south to north.
