Description

Returns the additional link margin required to achieve the specified scintillation fade probability. The implicit scintillation index input is calculated the same as in GetScintillationIndex.

Arguments

epoch
Description:	The epoch at which to calculate the scintillation loss.

fadeProbability
Description:	The desired probability of fade due to scintillation.

Return Value

Type:	number
Units:	dB

The value of the computed additional link margin.
