Returns the Identity matrix with the specified number of rows and columns.

Arguments

rows
Description:	The number of rows for the Identity matrix.
Valid Range:	rows > 0

columns
Description:	The number of columns for the Identity matrix.
Valid Range:	columns > 0

Type:

Matrix of number

The Identity matrix with the specified number of rows and columns.
