Description

Sets the current version of FreeFlyer as the active version on the system path. Symlinks the current ff executable to /usr/bin/ff. This switch requires root privileges.

 

This switch must be executed using the full path to the desired FreeFlyer version.

 

Note: This switch is only available for use in Linux.

Usage

 

<PATH TO FREEFLYER>/ff --set-active-version

 

Example

 Associate the "ff" symlink with a specified version of FreeFlyer. Note that in this example the command is being executed in the FreeFlyer installation directory.
